IGT’s hugely popular Play Your Cards Right slot, based on the TV show of the same name, has now been made available online by Wager Works.
It is a five reel 9 line game meaning that you have 5 reels to choose your winning combinations from, and 9 lines mean that there are 9 times more possibilities of winning it big. The coin denominations to choose from are 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £5 which give a potential win of anything from £4.50 to £225.
The reels display three types of symbols: the Playing Cards (Kings, Queens), the Fruits and the bonus symbols. The card symbols pay the highest, but there is a twist here.
The King and Queen symbol is wild but it does not replace any other symbol. Get 5 of these on any active line and you get 2,500 coins multiplied by your line bet. At the maximum bet, this pays a rather nice 12,500 coins.
There are also four bonus symbols: Spades, Clubs, Hearts and Diamonds. The bonus stage is triggered when you get 3, 4 or 5 of the same symbols on adjacent reels. The bonus is triggered at 3, it is multiplied by 2 if you get 4, and multiplied by 3 if you get 5.
The bonus game has a high and low theme. You start with one card face up, then you guess whether the next card will be higher in value, or lower. The more correct guesses, the higher the bonus award. If you correctly guess the top card, your wins are doubled.
